Standard Delivery Times for Product Purchases
Our products are sourced and printed in collaboration with our printing partners located in the United States and Europe. As a result, the average delivery time for purchased items to reach your doorstep is approximately 2-4 weeks, depending on your location. Please note that unforeseen delays beyond our control may occur, potentially extending the delivery timeframe. Customers residing outside of North America and Europe should anticipate longer shipping times. While we are committed to doing our best to ensure timely fulfillment, shipping, and delivery, we cannot guarantee specific timelines. Regrettably, we do not offer refunds for delays in delivery or buyer's remorse.
Customs, Duties & Taxes
Please be aware that the prices quoted for your order do not include any applicable import/customs duties and tax charges. We hold no responsibility for any customs, duties, or taxes associated with your order. The payment of these fees upon receipt or delivery of the order is solely your responsibility and varies depending on the country of residence. For detailed information on estimating these additional charges, we recommend contacting your local Customs Department.
Returns & Exchanges
All sales are considered final; however, defective items will be addressed within 14 days of product receipt. If you receive a defective item, please reach out to us at store@imsellingcolors.com, and we will arrange for a replacement item.
Buyer's Remorse
Please note that we do not accept refunds for sizing issues or buyer's remorse. We encourage customers to review all available garment information, including materials, quality, texture, and other relevant details, provided on the product detail page. It is the responsibility of the customer to research and make informed decisions regarding their purchases.
Duplicate Orders/Payment Declined
During the ordering process, it is possible that your credit card provider may decline the transaction due to reasons such as fraud protection, incorrect zip code, CVV, or other factors. Before attempting another transaction, we recommend checking your statement for any pending transactions. Sometimes credit card companies may attempt another charge or approve the payment automatically. In the event of duplicate charges, please contact us via email. Please note that we cannot guarantee immediate detection of duplicate charges, as most orders are fulfilled within 24 hours.
Order Not Received
Any concerns regarding undelivered orders must be reported within 4 weeks from the date of purchase. Before contacting us, we suggest reaching out to your local post office to inquire about your order's status. If unsuccessful, we recommend waiting a few additional days and checking with your neighbors, as occasional misdelivery by postal workers can occur.
Ordering
Upon placing an order, an automatic email receipt confirming your purchase intent will be sent to you. If you do not receive this email, please check your spam folder or contact us. It is important to note that this receipt does not constitute a binding contract, and we reserve the right to cancel orders at any time due to factors such as insufficient stock, inability to authorize a credit card, suspicion of fraudulent intent, discovery of an incorrect item price, or any other reasons we deem appropriate. In such cases, if your credit card has already been charged, we will issue a return in the amount of the incorrect price. We cannot guarantee the availability of all items listed in our shop at the time of your order. If an item becomes unavailable, our customer service team will promptly notify you. We reserve the right to modify the content of our site at any time, striving to maintain accurate information, including images and pricing. However, errors may occur, and we retain the right to cancel any order if a pricing error is discovered.
Wrong Address
In the event that you provide an incorrect shipping address and your item(s) are subsequently lost, they may be returned to our warehouse. If the item(s) are returned, and you wish to have them resent to the correct address, you will be responsible for the additional fee associated with reshipment. Please ensure the accuracy of your shipping information during the checkout process.
If an item is returned to us due to an incorrect address and we are unable to contact you within 2 weeks, the item(s) will be donated to charity.
Payment, Pricing & Promotions
We accept payments through Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, and various payment providers like PayPal, Google Pay, Apple Pay, and Stripe. The prices listed on our platform are accurate to the best of our ability. However, in the rare event of a mislisted item or pricing error, we reserve the right to refuse the sale at the listed price and, if applicable, provide a refund.
Free Shipping
Please note that digital downloads are not eligible for our Free Shipping offerings.
